Cellulite Fallacies:

Drinking more water will reduce cellulite: Drinking more water will not help any skin condition unless you're dehydrated. Nor does drinking more water eliminate any cellulite-causing toxins.

Exercise will prevent cellulite: Even the fittest athlete can develop cellulite. However - exercise weight programs do burn fat and increase muscle.

Liposuction removes cellulite: Liposuction is mainly beneficial for contour improvements for fat deposits - not as a primary cellulite treatment.

A healthy diet will prevent cellulite: Specific foods wont prevent or cure cellulite - however - junk food that makes you fat may make you more prone to dimple.

Cellulite only occurs in women: Some men do get cellulite - however - far fewer than females.

But, bear in mind, every medical and scientific test has shown that cellulite is no different from ordinary fat. It is not proven whether any cellulite lotion, cellulite cream, cellulite gel, cellulite pills or cellulite massager can reduce or increase cellulite versus ordinary fat. Some treatments that promise to get rid of cellulite just cause your skin to puff up through deep massaging, temporarily reducing the appearance of cellulite.

So - the most effective way to losing body cellulite is the same one, which reduces ordinary fat - exercise!
